Why Hire The Right Brewpub / Brewery Builder?

Planning…what happens first, next, and in what sequence?
Is it an assembly space or manufacturing?
Assistance with sprinkler systems?
When does an auger motor needs a starter?
Where does a solenoid valve go?
When fire glass is needed?
How is a kettle vent configured so it won’t contaminate beer?
Finding the best brewery floor finish?
How do you get those tanks in and set up?
Do you need a specific kind of steam piping?
What is the right gas pressure for your boiler?
Who inspects the boiler? How long does it take to get approval?
What does the township really want with a toilet paper holder?
What does a chiller need for power? How much glycol?
What does the sewer authority need? What’s an EDU?
Which way does the auger run?
Trench drains or box drains?
Cast Iron or PVC? Conduit or MC? , What is MC?
Does a mill room need to be blast proof?
How long does it take to get a toilet partition system?
3 phase or single phase electric? How much power is needed?
Why do we need a double action pull station?
Stonehard, Permafloor, quarry tile, Acrylicon?
How is the landlord going to stick it to you with hiding improvement costs?
Have you ever tried to hire a contractor? How did it go?
How much is it worth per week / per month to be open?

We free you up to work on your business.

While there is much of the work we provide directly, we also help to oversee other professionals to ensure that each step of the process is separate but working efficiently together. Our process breaks down each stage to ensure that you don’t pay more in advance than you really need to. By doing this you minimize any losses if there needs to be a change in the overall plan. (In this industry there is inevitably change involved and we walk with you through each step to ensure your budget is being spent most efficiently.)
